A careful agreement
for an early product.

1. Operator status

These terms do not reduce any mandatory rights that apply to you. They will be reviewed and updated when the operator and jurisdiction details are confirmed.

2. The early-access service

N1 stores personal context you choose to save and makes supported records available to your connected ChatGPT account. Features may be incomplete, change, or be removed during early access. There is currently no billing and no credit card is required.

You must be at least 18 to use N1. A compatible ChatGPT account with access to custom MCP connections is required for the conversational features; availability is controlled by OpenAI and may vary.

3. Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your password and connector credentials private, and tell support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through credentials you control.

4. Your content

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give the N1 service operator the limited permission needed to store, process, reproduce, and return that content solely to operate, secure, and support N1.

Only save information you have the right to use. Avoid storing another person’s sensitive information unless you have a lawful reason and their appropriate permission.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use N1 to:

• break the law, infringe rights, deceive, harass, or harm another person;
• probe, bypass, or disrupt authentication, account isolation, or usage controls;
• introduce malware, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with other accounts; or
• resell access or misrepresent N1 as an official OpenAI product.

6. Nutrition information

N1’s nutrition ledger records reports, estimates, assumptions, and unknown values. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a qualified clinician or dietitian. Do not use it for an emergency or a safety-critical decision.

7. ChatGPT and other services

N1 interoperates with ChatGPT but is independent from and not endorsed by OpenAI. Your use of ChatGPT, email delivery, and other third-party services remains subject to their own terms and availability. N1 cannot control changes made by those providers.

8. Availability, changes, and suspension

N1 is provided on an early-access, “as available” basis. We work to preserve saved evidence and communicate changes, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the N1 service operator disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from early-access use.

Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service, respond to abuse, or comply with law. You may stop using N1; eligible signed-in accounts can export and permanently delete their data from the Account panel, and support can help when self-service is not available. Provisions that logically survive closure—including rights, limitations, and safety obligations—will continue to apply.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes will be dated here. When N1 requires a new acceptance, saving new records and reconnecting ChatGPT remain paused until you review and explicitly accept the current text. You can still inspect, export, or delete existing account data without accepting revised terms. Other changes may take effect after notice where applicable law permits.
